These launch-draft terms become effective when checkout opens. The checkout page will show the final commercial terms before payment.
License
A paid ClipVixo license grants one customer a personal, non-transferable right to use the purchased version on up to two personal Windows PCs. You may not resell, share, reverse engineer or distribute the app or activation key.
Your content
You retain ownership of your videos and clips. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to edit and publish them, including music, footage, likeness and platform permissions.
Software behavior
Automatic captions, moment selection and framing can make mistakes. Review every export before publishing. Processing time and results depend on the video and computer hardware.
Third-party services
YouTube, TikTok, Google and Lemon Squeezy are separate services with their own terms. ClipVixo does not control their availability, reviews, limits or account decisions.
Updates and availability
Maintenance updates for the purchased version are planned but continuous availability and compatibility with every future platform or Windows release are not guaranteed. Any paid major upgrade will be clearly identified.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClipVixo is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the license, except where the law does not permit that limitation.
